Personal data I collect

I only collect the personal information necessary to communicate with you and deliver voiceover services. This includes your name, email address, company name if provided, project details such as scripts or briefs, usage information, invoicing and payment details, and any files you send as part of a project. I do not collect sensitive personal data.

How I use your data

Your personal information is used strictly for professional communication and project purposes. This includes responding to your inquiries, preparing quotes and agreements, delivering voiceover recordings, handling billing and tax documentation, maintaining business records and improving my services. I do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

I process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds: to perform a contract or respond to your request to work together, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, or based on consent when you voluntarily provide your information.

Data retention

Invoices and financial records are stored for up to 10 years as required by Slovenian tax law. To deliver services efficiently, I use trusted third-party tools including Gmail for communication, PayPal and Revolut for payments, WordPress for hosting this website, Google Analytics to understand website performance, iCloud for internal file storage and WeTransfer for sending large project files. These services may process limited personal data according to their own privacy policies.

This website uses basic cookies to function properly and to collect anonymous analytics data. Cookies help me understand website performance and improve visitor experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you choose. This website does not use cookies for targeted advertising.
